Is it best to start a strength-based exercise regime at the same time as I quit smoking, cut salt and sugar, start daily meditations and take out a gym subscription? Do these things support each other, or does it overwhelm my efforts when I take on too much at the same time? What have people found about the best way to introduce multiple life changes?
