There’s a lot of hype right now around things like NMN/NR, peptides, metformin/rapamycin approaches, nootropics, and other “longevity” supplements.
Some people swear by them, others say it’s all placebo or hype.
Have you tried any of these yourself? What did you notice (if anything)?
